Alison Ko
General Counsel, Legal and Regulatory Affairs

Alison Ko is the General Counsel, Legal and Regulatory Affairs of CSL Limited. She is responsible for the management of the legal and regulatory team at CSL, accountable for managing risk and providing legal support across the company. In this role, Alison is a key leader at CSL on improving how we compete in the market, creating new business opportunities, improving customer experience, network infrastructure, products and other functions across the company. She is also responsible for leading CSL's regulatory policy and taking a proactive approach in dealing with the regulatory bodies in Hong Kong.

Alison joined CSL in 2004, providing legal advice and strategic planning in numerous business units including Strategic Business Development, Wholesale, Prepaid & Carrier Business, International Services, Finance, and Information Technology.

Before joining CSL, Alison was a legal adviser at Sony Corporation, overseeing and providing legal advice for Sony's ISP businesses and other commercial and corporate products.

Alison has over 10 years experience as a lawyer in private and in-house practice specialising in Communication, Technology, IP, Commercial and litigation and holds a degree in Law from Birmingham University, UK.
