Wilson Hon, the Executive Vice President, Human Resources of CSL Limited, is a 20-year veteran in human resources management in the Asia-Pacific region. He had the distinct opportunities to work for world renowned multi-national companies in the telecommunications, transportation, medical and engineering sectors, both at the operational and corporate levels, locally and overseas. In recent years, Wilson has been actively involved in organisational development initiatives in multi-cultural environment in Singapore, China and Hong Kong. He has taken up appointment from professional committees to assist the development of the industry.

Wilson holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Luton, the U.K. He also attended business executive programs at prestigious universities in the United States and China.
