Executive Vice President, Mass Market
Irene Leung is the Executive Vice President of Mass Market of CSL
Limited. Reporting to the CEO, Irene is responsible for the leadership and strategic development of Mass Market organization covering CSL Retail Sales Channel, Road-show Team, Teleagents Channel, Small Enterprises & SOHO sales team, and Prepaid and Postpaid dealers in terms of sales, customer experience, channel planning and operations, with an emphasis on the enriching customer experience. Before taking up the leadership of the Mass Market business unit, she was Executive Vice President of Corporate & Business Market and is responsible for sales, customer service and marketing in government organizations, corporate, and small and medium-sized enterprises segments.

Irene began her career in corporate sales in 1991 with CSL while she
joined the mobile business unit when the 2.5G mobile data service became
available in 2000. Since then, Irene has developed the corporate sales team to
take up the leadership position in enterprise and government segments.
In recent years, Irene strongly supported and facilitated the development
of a series of projects which combined the creative use of mobile technologies
and corporate social responsibility. Through partnerships with social
enterprises and NGOs, Irene has initiated the launch of new mobile services to
serve the community in Hong Kong. ˇ§Mobile Linkˇ¨, a joint initiative with Senior
Citizens Home Safety Association, won the 2010 World IT Service Alliance's ICT
Excellence - Digital Opportunity Award representing Hong Kong. Leungˇ¦s
initiatives have also addressed the needs of the hearing impaired, and local
household helpers, and have included eLearning sponsorship programs for children
of under-privileged families, and a fund-raising event for Dialogue-In-The-Dark
Hong Kong for the visually impaired.
Irene holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from The Chinese
University of Hong Kong. She is the Vice Chairwoman of the Hong Kong General
Chamber of Commerceˇ¦s Women Executives Club and a Councilor of Hong Kong IT
Federation.
