
Bernard Tsang
Director, Customer Relationship
Management
Bernard Tsang is the Director, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of
CSL Limited. In this role he leads the customer service teams across all CSL
mobile brands in delivering top of class customer service interactions.
Bernard has over 15 years experience in various industries, including
financial services, telecommunications and the Government sector. In particular,
extensive experience in leading, consolidating and managing a contact centre
workforce of over 1,000 employees. Prior to joining CSL, Bernard was managing a
global team responsible for Network Development and Project Management Office at
Nokia.
Bernard holds a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from the University of
Sydney in Australia.
