Q. Can I send my resume and cover letter directly to you instead of applying online?
A: No. We only accept online applications in order to enhance the efficiency of the application process. However, we welcome additional information at later selection stages if necessary.

Q. Does it make any difference to my application if I am now studying overseas?
A: We are pleased to receive applications from students who are studying overseas. However, you will also need to meet our CSL Graduate Trainee Program requirements. Please note that the whole selection process will take place in Hong Kong. Candidates who cannot meet our selection schedule in Hong Kong will not be entertained.

Q. Can I still apply for the CSL Graduate Trainee Program if I do not have the right of abode in Hong Kong?
A: We welcome talent from all backgrounds to apply for our program.

Q. Do you have any preference on the applicant¡¦s degree majors?
A: We have a preference for applicants to have a degree in business, engineering or a related discipline. However we also welcome candidates with outstanding results from any academic discipline to apply for the CSL Graduate Trainee Program. You can learn more details in our requirements.

Q. Is there any minimum GPA requirement in the selection process?
A: We are looking for graduates who have a GPA score of 3.0 or above. However academic performance is only one of the selection criteria we consider. We are also looking for well-rounded talent who can demonstrate the key competencies we value within the CSL organisation. You can learn more details in our requirements.

Q. Where and when will the interviews and assessment centre be conducted?
A: Selected candidates will receive an individual email providing the details for the next screening stage within eight weeks after the application deadline which is on 30 November, 2011.

Q. What should I do if I experience an internet connection failure whilst I am completing my online application?
A: Your application will only be regarded as successful after receiving a confirmation email. Should you come across any difficulties, please feel free to email us at recruit@hkcsl.com.

Q. Can I make any changes after the submission of application form?
A: No, you will not be able to make any changes to your application form after it has been submitted. Hence, please review your information carefully before submitting the application.
