The graduate trainee program has been very beneficial
to my professional and personal development. Professionally, attaching to
different departments has given me the opportunity to learn about the roles and
responsibilities of the business units, where these bits and pieces come
together to form a holistic picture of how the business functions. On the personal side, it has bridged the gap for my transition from study to business. Launching a career is a serious undertaking, hence this program allows us two-year time to prepare for a good kick start of our career in CSL. |
